AAARTA Member Directory for New York
Fellows and Sustaining Fellows are attorneys in the American Academy of Assisted Reproductive Technology Attorneys (AAARTA) who seek referrals and who have met the highest ethical and competency standards for admission to the AAARTA. They are active practitioners with the most knowledge, skill, and experience in the legal aspects of assisted reproductive techologies (ARTs) to qualifiy for membership in this speciality division of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys. Sustaining Fellows are AAARTA Fellows who have provided additional financial support to the Academy to further its purposes. The Academy was formed to study, encourage, promote and improve the laws and practice of law pertaining to the adoption of children and the creation of families throughout the United States and abroad.
